Cola and indeed pola

Do you enjoy a refreshing glass of the popular drink lager and coke on a hot day? Do you ever try to replicate this in, say, a shopping precinct by trying to pour non-brand cola into a can of lager and back again like a demented alchemist until your wet legs and reedy high pitched cackling once again attract the attention of "security"? Fu¢k security! Buy Cola and pola, the first 2% lager/cola drink in a can.

It tastes like Danone Activia prune fruit layer bio yoghurt.

Grant's Pass

We broke our journey to Portland at Grant's Pass, Oregon. We were only supposed to stay one night but we met these people:

We invented a drink ("Ride the Lightening": half Guinness half Longhammer IPA).

We got taken where the local barstaff go when their shifts are over. There were shots, there was a lock in, there was a rendition of "Mind Games" (me) and a press up competition (Kate). We were invited to sign the wall.

The next day we chose not to drive to Portland but instead to stay and get a deeper understanding of what makes Grant's Pass tick (me) and lie in bed begging to die (Kate).

Taste the clams

Check this shit out.

All these years I've been getting my clams, bud light, tomato juice, salt and lime seperately and mixing them at home. Imagine my delight at finding this.

And the taste? Its like all your favorite beatles coming together to sing you a beautiful song. A song of clams, bud light, tomato juice, salt and lime.

Its actually fucking delicious. I'm going to go and have one now. No joke.

Kind of a man's drink

This can of lager is very large and advertises an upcoming boxing match.
