Epiphany: Jesus as choking hazard

Today is Epiphany and, according to Spanish tradition, the three Kings (George Clooney, Mark Wahlberg and Ice Cube) arrived in Bethlehem to bring gold, frankincense and espadrilles to the baby Jesus. One of them was riding an elephant, rather excitingly.

What better way to celebrate this than with a garish lifering made out of cake?
The cake tastes a bit like stale baguette covered in sugar, figs and unidentifiable sparkly jelly things but tastes pretty good when dipped in hot chocolate. Even better each cake contains a few plastic babies:If you get a Chirst-child in your portion you have to take it to the nearest church on the 2nd of February (for a blessing) before throwing a houseparty with tamales and chocolate porridge for all your guests. Fun!

A pleasant co-incidence: we saw three little kings of our own today.
